How Ashpad works.

Everything below is enforced by the contracts. Curve funds and pool liquidity can only be released by recycling, and only for tokens with no trade for 3 days.

Ashpad in 60 seconds

1. What Ashpad is

Ashpad is a meme launchpad with one twist: tokens that die are not left to rot. When a token sees no trades for three days, its liquidity is recycled and returned to its holders, with a cut for whoever triggered the recycling.

That turns the most common outcome of a meme launch, death, into something that still pays the people who held it, and it gives $ASH demand from both living and dead tokens.

2. Launch and bonding curve

Every token has 1,000,000,000 supply on a constant-product bonding curve with virtual reserves. There is no presale and no team allocation. The creator picks the graduation target at launch: 2, 3 or 4.2 ETH (6.5, 10 or 13.5 BNB on BNB Chain, 50, 75 or 100 SOL on Solana).

When 793.1M tokens are sold, the token graduates: the curve reserve and the remaining supply are minted straight into a DEX pool. The LP tokens are held by the Ashpad contract instead of being burned, so the pool cannot be rugged and can still be recycled if the token dies later.

3. Pair with anything

A creator can pair the token with the native coin (ETH on Base, BNB on BNB Chain) or with any ERC20 that has a pool against the native coin: a tokenized stock, a stablecoin, another meme.

Traders never need to hold the pair token. On Ashpad you always pay and receive the native coin; the contract swaps in and out of the pair token through the DEX in the same transaction.

4. Launch protection

Anti-sniper: for up to 10 minutes buyers pay an extra tax that starts at 30% and fades linearly to zero. The creator is exempt. The proceeds go to the platform fee pool.

Creator buys first: when enabled, nobody can buy before the creator's first buy, which is executed inside the launch transaction. Max bag: no wallet may hold more than a set share of supply (from 0.5%), growing linearly to 100% over the chosen time, for example 5 minutes.

5. Fees and creator tax

Platform fee is 0.5% on every buy and 0.5% on every sell, always: on the curve it is charged by the launchpad, after graduation by the pool hook or the token itself. Until $ASH launches it goes to the treasury; after that it is split 40% $ASH buyback and burn, 40% $ASH stakers, 20% treasury.

The creator chooses a buy and a sell tax of up to 5% each. They are fixed at launch and can never be raised. On the curve they accrue to the creator, on the DEX they are swapped and sent straight to the creator's wallet.

6. Graduation per network

Robinhood Chain, Ethereum and Base: graduation to Uniswap V4. The pool uses the Ashpad hook, which charges the 0.5% platform fee and the creator tax on every swap and keeps the inactivity clock running. BNB Chain: graduation to PancakeSwap V2 with the taxes built into the token. Solana: Raydium.

The liquidity position is owned by the protocol, so neither the creator nor an admin can pull it, and it can still be recycled. Only Ashpad can create its pools. Until $ASH launches, holders of dead tokens are paid in the native coin on every network.

7. Three quiet days, then recycling

Every curve trade and every DEX swap updates the token's last-trade time. If three full days pass without a single trade, anyone may call recycle.

Recycling pulls the curve reserve or the owned LP, burns the remaining supply and the creator's bag and converts everything to the native coin. Today 60% goes to holders, 5% to the keeper and the rest to the treasury. Once $ASH is live the pool buys $ASH instead: 60% to holders, 25% burned, 10% treasury, 5% keeper. Holders burn their dead tokens for a pro-rata share; unclaimed shares go to the treasury after 7 days (burned once paid in $ASH).

8. How you earn

Today: collect your creator tax, recycle quiet tokens for 5% of their pool and claim your share in the native coin when a token you hold is recycled. When $ASH launches: stake it for 40% of platform fees and 1% of every new token.

Hold through a death and claim $ASH plus Embers. Pull the trigger on a quiet token and earn 5% of its pool. Launch a token and earn your tax forever.

9. Trust and safety

Curve funds and LP can only be released through recycling, and the Ashpad contract itself allows that only for tokens with no trade for 3 days. While recycling is new, the owner can switch to an improved recycler (still limited to dead tokens) and move funds held by the recycler to fix a failed payout. Owner settings: treasury, graduation targets for new launches and the recycler.

Buying a dying token right before recycling to farm $ASH loses money: the curve price is always above the recycle value per token and 40% of the pool goes elsewhere. Creators of dead tokens are excluded and their bag is burned.

Status

Ashpad is live on Robinhood Chain, Ethereum and Base (Uniswap V4), BNB Chain (PancakeSwap) and on Solana through its own Raydium LaunchLab platform. Contracts are unaudited: trade only what you can afford to lose.
